What time is check-in and check-out?
We are pleased to inform you that our check in time is at 3PM and our check out time is at noon time (12PM).
Do you accommodate early check-in/late check-out?
We are pleased to offer complimentary early check-ins, subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, guests must reserve the room for the previous night, at the full room rate.
For Late check-out we suggest to verify availability with our Front desk team upon your arrival.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Complimentary wheelchairs are provided for guests upon request. Ground floor areas of the hotel are equipped with ramps and a disability-accessible restroom. Select guest rooms also have disability-accessible bathrooms.
Are pets allowed and at what costs?
The hotel is delighted to welcome pets to the property. We permit one dog (8kg) per room and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a dog bowl, a Heavenly® dog bed, mat and a Pet Welcome Kit.
What is the hotel voltage?
Hotel voltage is 220 V, please make sure to check the voltage of your equipments before usage.
Do you provide adaptors or converters?
Our concierge will provide guests with adapters but converters are not available.
There is a difference in my rate that is confirmed in USD.
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Is it possible to pay in the currency of my country of origin?
Yes, if your credit card supports dynamic currency conversion. This service is available to Visa and Matercard holders. Home currencies available are USD, AUD, GBP, CAD, HKD, JPY and CHF. Please contact your credit card company directly to see if it supports this or the hotel direct for further information.
What is Credit/debit card authorization do?
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card. We accept payment in cash as well, but not for amounts greater than or equal to 1000€. No personal check cashing allowed.
Can I pay for a hotel room for someone else?
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, or wish to pre-pay, you must fill in the third party billing and send it by fax at +39 041 2961100. Mondays to Fridays 9am to 7pm or at nr. (+39) 041 2400001. Alternatively the reservation can be made online.
Rooms & bedding
Does the hotel provide baby cribs?
Cribs are provided upon request (free of charge for children up to 2 years of age). Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs for security purposes.
Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

What will I be charged for a rolaway bed?
Extra bed incurs an extra surcharge of 125€ per night. Please note that not all rooms can accommodate an extra bed. There is a maximum of one rollaway bed per room.
What will I be charged for children?
One child aged 12 and under, is welcome to share existing room bedding with parents without charge.
Existing bedding does not include pull-out sofas unless a Premium Venetian Room is reserved.
Can I request an additional bedding in my room?
Additional bedding for children and adults is not available in a Classic Single-, Classic Double- or Terrace room.

What is Venice City Tax?
As of August 24 2011, the Venice City Council introduced a City tax which is in addition to VAT currently 10%. The City tax is payable by all guests at check-out and is applicable for a maximum of 5 nights. During high season the City tax is 5.00€ per person per night, during low season is 3.50€ per person per night
Children aged 10 years and under are exempt from paying this city tax.
Children from 11 to 16 years of age pay 50% of the adult rate.
What is Acqua Alta?
Acqua alta (High Tides) is a recurrent seasonal natural phenomenon in Venice that most likely to occurs during Autumn and Winter. It may cause some of the squares and streets to flood. The city is well prepared for the flooding and locals continue their day to day activities. The main pedestrian routes are set up with special walkways allowing most parts of Venice to be reached without getting your feet wet.

Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary throughtout the hotel.

Do you provide guests with boiler, coffee makers or iron boards?
In accordance with security safety and regulation, usage of boilers, coffee makers or irons is not permitted in the room. Please feel free to contact our Service Express® for any assistance.

What are your breakfast hours and costs?
InAcqua Restaurant is open for breakfast daily from 7 to 11AM.
Rates for buffet breakfast may vary between 38€ and 45€ depending on the season.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms.
What is the Italian Service Charge Policy?
Please note that a standard service charge of 12% is included in all hotel fees.
The dress code throughout the hotel is elegant or smart casual.
Package Handling Policy
We will hold both mail and messages at the concierge desk until guests' arrival and during their absence. The concierge will also stamp and post guests' mail upon request. Charges apply.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
We are happy to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guests' requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates are subject to availability at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Gift vouchers may be purchased and redeemed via the hotel. We can accommodate requests for both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the common areas inside the hotel, per Italian law.
Do all guests need to bring their ID? All guests are required to present a valid ID card or a passport at check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age in order to check-in to the hotel and must present valid, government-issued photo identification. And Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
