Terms & Conditions
Our rates are inclusive of banquet room rental of the main event location (60 or more guests only), cloakroom, white and red wines from our cellar, standard floral decorations and menu printing.
All the catering services will be provided by the Hotel: no food or beverages may be brought into the Hotel unless specifically approved by the Hotel Management in writing and in advance.
Upon reconfirmation of the event, you will receive our Event Contract showing all the details agreed and our cancellation policy; the contract should be countersigned and sent back to the Events Department together with a first token deposit and credit card details in order to guarantee the booking.
